ΚΑΜΙΑ ΕΜΠΛΟΚΗ ΤΟΥ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟΥ ΚΡΑΤΟΥΣ ΣΤΟΝ ΠΟΛΕΜΟ
Όσο τα μέτωπα πολέμου στην Ουκρανία και στην Μέση Ανατολή οξύνονται, τόσο βαθαίνει η εμπλοκή του ελληνικού κράτους στον πόλεμο, επανακατοχυρώνει τις συνεργασίες άμυνας-ασφάλειας-επίθεσης και μετατρέπεται σε μια όλο και πιο δραστήρια πολεμική μηχανή για ειδικές πολεμικές επιχειρήσεις. Το ελληνικό κράτος γνωρίζει πως ένα, αν είναι δυνατόν, δυτικά ελεγχόμενο πολεμικό και οικονομικό χάος στις γείτονες χώρες και περιοχές, είναι αυτό που αναβαθμίζει τον γεωστρατηγικό ρόλο του ελληνικού κράτους και κεφαλαίου, στο «σταυροδρόμι των ηπείρων» που βρίσκεται.
Το ελληνικό κράτος έχει διαλέξει στρατόπεδο, εμβαθύνοντας την ελληνοαμερικανική και ελληνοισραηλινή διακρατική συνεργασία και οικοδομώντας τον περίφημο άξονα Ελλάδας-Ισραήλ-Κύπρου-Αιγύπτου. Η συνεργασία αυτή με το Ισραήλ απογειώθηκε πρώτα με τη κυβέρνηση ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΑΝΕΛ και σήμερα με τη Νέα Δημοκρατία. Τα περίφημα ισραηλινά drones δοκιμάζονται πάνω από τα κεφάλια των παλαιστίνιων, για να εισαχθούν στη συνέχεια από το ελληνικό κράτος και να χρησιμοποιηθούν στον πόλεμο κατά των μεταναστ(ρι)ών πάνω από τα κεφάλια φυλετικοποιημένων ανθρώπων στα νησιά του Αιγαίου και τον Έβρο. Η δικτατορία του Σίσι στην Αίγυπτο αποτελεί χρήσιμο περιφερειακό σύμμαχο άμυνας/ασφάλειας για την Ελλάδα, αφού συγκρατεί πολλά εκατομμύρια πρόσφυγες, όπως δήλωνε κυνικά ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και επαναλαμβάνει η Νέα Δημοκρατία. Παράλληλα, δεν παύει να «πουλάει» στο δυτικό στρατόπεδο και τον ρόλο του ως «διαμεσολαβητή» με τον αραβικό κόσμο, τη Ρωσία, τελευταία και με την Κίνα.
Ξεκινώντας από τις πρόσφατες εξελίξεις, το ελληνικό κράτος πρόκειται να ηγηθεί της επιχείρησης της Ε.Ε «Ασπίδες» στην Ερυθρά Θάλασσα ενάντια στο σαμποτάζ στα ισραηλινά, ελληνικά και άλλα πλοία που πραγματοποιούν Χούθι στην Υεμένη. Το κεντρικό στρατηγείο της επιχείρησης θα είναι το «Στρατηγείο της 1ης Στρατιάς» (European Union Operation Headquarters EU-QHQ) στη Λάρισα.
Η παραπάνω εξέλιξη έχει το υπόβαθρο μιας χρόνιας συνεργασίας του ελληνικού κράτους και κεφαλαίου με την Σαουδική Αραβία∙ τα τελευταία χρόνια, οι κοινές στρατιωτικές ασκήσεις Ελλάδας-Σαουδικής Αραβίας πυκνώνουν, εξοικειώνοντας περισσότερο τις ελληνικές ένοπλες δυνάμεις στο πεδίο μάχης της Μέσης Ανατολής, του Περσικού Κόλπου και της ευρύτερης Νοτιοανατολικής Μεσογείου. Είναι χαρακτηριστική η προσφορά του αντιπυραυλικού συστήματος patriot από την Ελλάδα στη Σαουδική Αραβία για την αντιμετώπιση ”200 απειλών καθημερινά”, όπως λένε, αλλά και η όλο και βαθύτερη εμπορική και τεχνολογική συνεργασία.
Η εμπλοκή αυτή δεν εκκινεί από μια θέση υποτέλειας του ελληνικού κράτους υπό την πίεση του ευρωατλαντικού ιμπεριαλιστικού μπλοκ. Οι έλληνες εφοπλιστές, που ελέγχουν περίπου το 20% των εμπορικών πλοίων στον κόσμο όσον αφορά τη μεταφορική ικανότητα, δραστηριοποιούνται εντατικά και επεκτείνουν σταθερά τις επενδύσεις τους τόσο στη μεταφορά των πετρελαιοειδών, όσο και του LNG. Το 2022 υπήρξε χρονιά – ορόσημο για το ελληνικό εφοπλιστικό κεφάλαιο που αναδείχθηκαν σε πρώτη δύναμη μεταφοράς LNG στον κόσμο, με 1 στα 6 πλοία να είναι αυτού του τύπου και με στόλο που η συνολική αξία του ξεπερνά τα 19 δισ. δολάρια. Παράλληλα, οι ελληνικές κατασκευαστικές και ενεργειακές εταιρείες δραστηριοποιούνται όλο και περισσότερο στη Μέση Ανατολή, ενώ διεκδικούν αυξανόμενο χώρο και στην Αφρική. Η πολυεθνική πολυκλαδική επιχείρηση ΜΥΤΙΛΗΝΑΊΟΣ διαθέτει, σύμφωνα με το website της, ισχυρή διεθνή παρουσία στην αγορά και των 5 ηπείρων, σε περισσότερες απο 30 χώρες, με πάνω απο 5,442 άμεσα ή έμμεσα εργαζόμενους στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, και δεκάδες εργοστάσια παραγωγής εκτός Ελλάδας, ενώ παράγει τάνκ LEOPARD τα οποία πουλάει στη Γερμανία, ιδιαίτερα μετά την όξυνση του πολέμου στην Ουκρανία.
ΤΟ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ ΚΡΑΤΟΣ ΠΟΛΕΜΑΕΙ ΗΔΗ ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΤΩΡΑ, ΔΙΕΞΑΓΟΝΤΑΣ ΠΟΛΕΜΟ ΕΝΑΝΤΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΜΕΤΑΝΑΣΤ(ΡΙ)ΩΝ
Η ελλάδα ως σύνορο της Ευρώπης-Φρούριο διεξάγει έναν ολομέτωπο πόλεμο- σε συμφωνία με τις ιμπεριαλιστικές επεμβάσεις σε Αφρική και Ασία στις οποίες συμμετείχε ενάντια στους ανθρώπους που μεταναστεύουν σε χώρες της Δύσης. Ο πόλεμος αυτός διεξάγεται με όλων των ειδών τα πολεμικά μέσα, από τελευταίας τεχνολογίας θερμικές κάμερες στο τοίχος του Έβρου, αλλά και συμβατικά οπλικά συστήματα, μέχρι pushbacks, από εγκλεισμό σε στρατόπεδα συγκέντρωσης και εξώθηση στην υπερεκμετάλλευση μέχρι δολοφονίες σε μορφή «ναυαγίων».
Ο πόλεμος αυτός, ναι μεν έχει ως επίκεντρο τα ελληνικά σύνορα, αλλά δεν διεξάγεται μόνο εκεί∙ ξεκινάει από πολύ πιο πριν και συνεχίζεται και στην ενδοχώρα. Η χρηματοδότηση του Υπ. Μετανάστευσης προς τις φασιστικές και άλλες κυβερνήσεις στις χώρες καταγωγής των προσφύγων για να “συγκρατήσουν” τις προσφυγικές ροές καθώς και η διαρκής επιτήρηση-φυλάκιση-καταστολή των μεταναστ(ρι)ών στην ενδοχώρα αποδεικνύουν το παραπάνω.
Σε αυτόν τον πόλεμο ενάντια των μεταναστ(ρι)ών συναινούν όλα τα κοινοβουλευτικά κόμματα, είτε έχοντας άμεση εμπλοκή στη διεξαγωγή του πολέμου (Νέα Δημοκρατία, ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, ΠΑΣΟΚ) είτε τον υποστηρίζουν ανοιχτά (Ελλ. Λύση, ΚΚΕ) είτε έμμεσα μέσω της υπεράσπισης του ελληνικού στρατού και της πολεμικής μηχανής των συνόρων (ΜέΡΑ25).
Επιπλέον, μετά την 7η Οκτώβρη και την έναρξη του γενοκτονικού πολέμου στην λωρίδα της Γάζας από τον κατοχικό στρατό του ισραήλ, η εμπλοκή του ελληνικού κράτους στη Μέση Ανατολή ενάντια στο παλαιστινιακό και αραβικό προλεταριάτο, επεκτείνεται και εσωτερικεύεται στα σύνορά του και εντός των συνόρων, ως πόλεμος κατά παλαιστίνιων, αράβων και μεταναστών/στριών. Μαζικές διαδηλώσεις Παλαιστίνιων στο camp της Σάμου καταστάλθηκαν, και έγιναν συλλήψεις, ενώ μυστικές αστυνομικές εντολές στα στρατόπεδα προσφύγων γύρω από την Αθήνα διέταξαν στενό έλεγχο εισόδου-εξόδου παλαιστίνιων και αραβόφωνων, ενώ παλαιστίνοι κάτοικοι εγγεγραμμένοι σε camp διαγράφηκαν απροειδοποίητα και αναίτια. Σε αυτό έρχονται να προστεθούν συνεχείς συλλήψεις παλαιστίνιων ή και αλληλέγγυων απλώς και μόνο επειδή κρατούν την παλαιστινιακή σημαία ή/και φορούν παλαιστινιακά σύμβολα, στοχευμένες εξώσεις παλαιστίνιων από σπίτια στον Αγ.Παντελεήμονα, ή και διώξεις αλληλέγγυων Αιγυπτίων και άλλων αραβόφωνων επειδή πόσταραν υπέρ της Παλαιστίνης στα social media. Όλα αυτά, φυσικά, σε πλήρη συγχρονισμό με το ανοδικό κύμα διώξεων των παλαιστίνιων από τα ευρωπαικά κράτη και τις ΗΠΑ.
ΠΡΟΣ ΤΗ ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΙΑ ΕΝΟΣ ΑΝΤΙΠΟΛΕΜΙΚΟΥ-ΔΙΕΘΝΙΣΤΙΚΟΥ ΚΙΝΗΜΑΤΟΣ
Σκοπός ενός αντιπολεμικού κινήματος είναι το μπλοκάρισμα της πολεμικής μηχανής με κάθε μέσο. Η δημιουργία κοινωνικά αλληλέγγυων διεθνιστικών-πολυεθνικών ομάδων και κοινοτήτων που θα δρουν ενάντια στην στρατιωτικοποίηση της ζωής εντός του ελληνικού κράτους, ενάντια της περαιτέρω φτωχοποίησης της πολυεθνικής εργατικής τάξης και του εργαζόμενου κόσμου και θα διεξάγουν μαζί αγώνες για τον τερματισμό του πολέμου ενάντια των μεταναστ(ρι)ών.

ALL FOR AN ANTI-WAR INTERNATIONALIST GATHERING ON SATURDAY 24/2 AT 14:00 AT THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE
AGAINST ANY INVOLVEMENT OF THE GREEK STATE IN THE WAR
While the war fronts in Ukraine and the Middle East are intensifying, the involvement of the Greek state in the war deepens as it actively reinvigorates its partnerships of defence and attack; the greek state is turning into an increasingly active war machine for special war operations. The state knows that a -if possible- Western-controlled military and economic chaos in neighbouring countries and regions will enhance the geostrategic role of the greek state and capital at the “crossroads of continents”, where it is located.
The Greek state has picked sides, through deepening the greek-american and greek-israeli transnational cooperation and building the famous Greece-Israel-Cyprus-Egypt axis. This cooperation with Israel took off first with the SYRIZA-ANEL government and is continued until today with the current government of New Democracy. The famous Israeli drones are being tested on Palestinians, and then are being imported by the greek state and used in the war against migrants on racialized populations on the islands and at Evros.
Sisi’s dictatorship in Egypt is a useful regional defence-security ally for Greece, since it holds back many millions of refugees, as SYRIZA cynically stated and New Democracy keeps repeating. At the same time, greece does not cease to “sell” itself as the mediator between the Western imperialist block and the Arab world, Russia, and lately with China.
According to recent developments, the Greek state is going to lead the EU’s operation “Shields” in the Red Sea against the sabotage of Israeli, Greek and other ships, organized by the Houthis in Yemen. The central headquarters of the operation will be the European Union Operation Headquarters EU-QHQ in Larissa, a small city in central greece.
The background of this development includes many years of cooperation between the Greek state and capital and Saudi Arabia; in recent years, joint Greek-Saudi military exercises have become increasingly frequent, further familiarizing the Greek armed forces on the battlefield in the Middle East, the Persian Gulf and the wider Southeastern Mediterranean. A typical example of this cooperation is Greece’s offer of the Patriot anti-missile system to Saudi Arabia, capable of countering ”200 threats daily,” as they say, but also the increasingly deeper commercial and technological cooperation.
This involvement does not start from a position of subservience of the Greek state under the pressure of the Euro-Atlantic imperialist bloc. Greek shipowners, who control about 20% of the world’s merchant ships in terms of carrying capacity, are intensively active and are steadily expanding their investments in both oil and LNG transportation. 2022 was a landmark year for Greek shipowner capital as they emerged as the world’s leading LNG carrier, with 1 in 6 ships of this type and a fleet with a total value of more than $19 billion. At the same time, Greek construction and energy companies are increasingly active in the Middle East, while claiming a growing space in Africa. According to its website, the multinational multidisciplinary company MYTILINEOS has a strong international presence in the markets of all 5 continents, in more than 30 countries, with more than 5,442 direct or indirect employees in Greece and abroad, and dozens of production plants outside Greece, all while producing LEOPARD tanks which it sells in Germany, especially after the escalation of the war in Ukraine.
THE GREEK STATE IS ALREADY WAGING A WAR FOR YEARS; A WAR AGAINST MIGRANTS
Greece, as the frontier of the European Fortress, is waging an all-out war – a continuation of the imperialist interventions in Africa and Asia in which it participated – against people moving from countries outside the West. This war is being waged by all kinds of military means, from conventional weapons systems in the Evros to pushbacks, from internment in concentration camps to killings in the form of “shipwrecks”.
The war against migrants is indeed centred on the Greek borders, but it is not only being waged there; it starts much earlier and continues in the mainland. The Ministry of Migration funds fascists and other governments in the countries of origin of the refugees in order to “restrain” the refugee flows, as well as the constant surveillance-detention-suppression of migrants in the hinterland prove the above.
All the parliamentary parties consent to this war against the migrants, either by being directly involved in waging the war (New Democracy, SYRIZA, PASOK) or by openly supporting it (Elliniki Lisi, KKE) or indirectly through the defence of the Greek army and the border war machine (MEPA25).
Moreover, after October 7 and the beginning of the genocide in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation army, the involvement of the Greek state in the Middle East against the Palestinian and Arab proletariat is extended and internalized on its borders and within its borders, as a war against Palestinians, Arabs and immigrants. Mass demonstrations by Palestinians in the Samos camp were suppressed and arrests were made, while secret police orders in the refugee camps around Athens ordered close control of the entry and exit of Palestinians and Arabs, while Palestinian residents registered in camps were unannounced and unjustly expelled. This is in addition to continuous arrests of Palestinians and/or solidarity activists simply for holding the Palestinian flag and/or wearing Palestinian symbols, targeted evictions of Palestinians from houses in Ag.Panteleimon, or persecution of Egyptian and other Arabic-speaking solidarity activists for posting pro-Palestinian posts on social media. All this, of course, is in full synchronization with the rising wave of persecution of Palestinians by European states and the US.
TOWARDS THE CREATION OF AN ANTI-WAR INTERNATIONALIST MOVEMENT
The aim of an anti-war movement is to block the war machine by any means. The creation of socially interdependent internationalist-multinational groups and communities that will act against the militarization of life within the Greek state, against the further impoverishment of the multinational working class and the working people and will fight together to end the war against the migrants.

CONTRE TOUTE IMPLICATION DE L’ÉTAT GREC DANS LA GUERRE
Alors que les fronts de guerre en Ukraine et au Moyen-Orient s’intensifient, l’implication de l’Etat grec dans la guerre s’approfondit, alors qu’il renforce activement ses partenariats de défense et d’attaque ; l’Etat grec se transforme en une machine de guerre de plus en plus active pour des opérations de guerre spéciales. L’État sait qu’un chaos militaire et économique – si possible – contrôlé par l’Occident dans les pays et régions voisins renforcera le rôle géostratégique de l’État grec et de sa capitale au “carrefour des continents”, où il est situé.
L’État grec a choisi son camp en approfondissant la coopération transnationale gréco-américaine et gréco-israélienne et en construisant le fameux axe Grèce-Israël-Chypre-Égypte. Cette coopération avec Israël a débuté avec le gouvernement SYRIZA-ANEL et se poursuit jusqu’à aujourd’hui avec le gouvernement actuel de la Nouvelle Démocratie. Les fameux drones israéliens sont testés sur les Palestiniens, puis sont importés par l’État grec et utilisés dans la guerre contre les migrants sur les populations racisées sur les îles et à Evros.
La dictature de Sisi en Égypte est une alliée régionale utile en matière de défense et de sécurité pour la Grèce, puisqu’elle retient plusieurs millions de réfugiés, comme l’a déclaré cyniquement SYRIZA et comme ne cesse de le répéter Nouvelle Démocratie. Dans le même temps, la Grèce ne cesse de se “vendre” comme médiateur entre le bloc impérialiste occidental et le monde arabe, la Russie et, depuis peu, la Chine.
Selon les derniers développements, l’État grec va diriger l’opération “Boucliers” de l’UE en mer Rouge contre le sabotage des navires israéliens, grecs et autres, organisé par les Houthis au Yémen. Le quartier général de l’opération sera le QG de l’Union européenne à Larissa, une petite ville du centre de la Grèce.
Le contexte de cette évolution comprend de nombreuses années de coopération entre l’État grec et l’Arabie saoudite ; ces dernières années, les exercices militaires conjoints entre la Grèce et l’Arabie saoudite sont devenus de plus en plus fréquents, familiarisant davantage les forces armées grecques avec le champ de bataille au Moyen-Orient, dans le golfe Persique et dans le sud-est de la Méditerranée au sens large. Un exemple typique de cette coopération est l’offre par la Grèce du système anti-missile Patriot à l’Arabie saoudite, capable de contrer “200 menaces par jour”, comme on dit, mais aussi la coopération commerciale et technologique de plus en plus approfondie.
Cette implication ne part pas d’une position de soumission de l’État grec sous la pression du bloc impérialiste euro-atlantique. Les armateurs grecs, qui contrôlent environ 20 % des navires marchands du monde en termes de capacité de transport, sont très actifs et augmentent régulièrement leurs investissements dans le transport du pétrole et du GNL. L’année 2022 a été une année charnière pour les armateurs grecs, qui sont devenus le premier transporteur de GNL au monde, avec un navire sur six de ce type et une flotte d’une valeur totale de plus de 19 milliards de dollars. Parallèlement, les entreprises grecques du secteur de la construction et de l’énergie sont de plus en plus actives au Moyen-Orient, tout en revendiquant un espace croissant en Afrique. Selon son site web, la société multinationale multidisciplinaire MYTILINEOS a une forte présence internationale sur les marchés des 5 continents, dans plus de 30 pays, avec plus de 5 442 employés directs ou indirects en Grèce et à l’étranger, et des dizaines d’usines de production en dehors de la Grèce, tout en produisant des chars LEOPARD qu’elle vend en Allemagne, en particulier après l’escalade de la guerre en Ukraine.
L’ÉTAT GREC MÈNE DÉJÀ UNE GUERRE DEPUIS DES ANNÉES ; UNE GUERRE CONTRE LES MIGRANTS
La Grèce, en tant que frontière de la forteresse européenne, mène une guerre totale – une continuation des interventions impérialistes en Afrique et en Asie auxquelles elle a participé – contre les personnes venant de pays extérieurs à l’Occident. Cette guerre est menée avec toutes sortes de moyens militaires, des systèmes d’armes conventionnelles dans l’Evros aux refoulements, de l’internement dans des camps de concentration aux assassinats sous forme de “naufrages”.
La guerre contre les migrants est en effet centrée sur les frontières grecques, mais elle n’est pas seulement menée à cet endroit ; elle commence bien plus tôt et se poursuit sur le continent. Le ministère des migrations finance les fascistes et d’autres gouvernements dans les pays d’origine des réfugiés afin de “freiner” les flux de réfugiés, et la surveillance, la détention et la répression constantes des migrants dans l’arrière-pays prouvent ce qui précède.
Tous les partis parlementaires consentent à cette guerre contre les migrants, soit en étant directement impliqués dans la conduite de la guerre (Nouvelle Démocratie, SYRIZA, PASOK), soit en la soutenant ouvertement (Elliniki Lisi, KKE), soit indirectement par la défense de l’armée grecque et de la machine de guerre frontalière (MEPA25).
En plus, après le 7 octobre et le début du génocide dans la bande de Gaza par l’armée d’occupation israélienne, l’implication de l’État grec au Moyen-Orient contre le prolétariat palestinien et arabe s’est étendue et intériorisée à ses frontières et à l’intérieur de ses frontières, comme une guerre contre les Palestiniens, les Arabes et les immigrés. Les manifestations de masse des Palestiniens dans le camp de Samos ont été réprimées et des arrestations ont eu lieu, tandis que les ordres de la police secrète dans les camps de réfugiés autour d’Athènes ordonnaient un contrôle étroit des entrées et sorties des Palestiniens et des Arabes, tandis que les résidents palestiniens enregistrés dans les camps étaient expulsés à l’improviste et injustement. Cela s’ajoute aux arrestations continues de Palestiniens et/ou d’activistes de la solidarité simplement parce qu’ils brandissent le drapeau palestinien et/ou portent des symboles palestiniens, aux expulsions ciblées de Palestiniens de maisons à Ag.Panteleimon, ou à la persécution d’Égyptiens et d’autres activistes de la solidarité arabophones pour avoir publié des messages pro-palestiniens sur les médias sociaux. Tout cela, bien sûr, est en parfaite synchronisation avec la vague croissante de persécution des Palestiniens par les États européens et les États-Unis.
VERS LA CRÉATION D’UN MOUVEMENT INTERNATIONALISTE ANTI-GUERRE
Le but d’un mouvement anti-guerre est de bloquer la machine de guerre par tous les moyens.
